Battery issue

Here's a good one. This has been going on for the last 5 years that i can recall. The battery loses electrolyte through the filler holes. I suspected the alt was overcharging but it was checked as within limits. Here in the desert heat I go through batteries every couple years and it is the same with each battery. I do not think it is over serviced either as I leave room for expansion. Any thoughts?

Welcome to this forum! Maybe you should try an Optima for your next battery. What brand have you been using until now?

Five years is an exceptional life for a battery. I think its time for a new one.
