Battery Saver Mode at Startup

My 22 Ex ST Line has started to show Battery Saver Mode when I get in to start the vehicle. I had it sitting for close to two weeks in the garage. But now I run it every couple of days. It starts fine, no issues with lighting or weird codes. It doesn't show this message once I'm out and about. Is this something that will eventually disappear or is it a dire warning prior to the battery pooping out? I can't seem to find any reliable information. I hate to say it but I just don't trust the dealer or one of those auto parts stores because they always want to sell something. Is there a good way to tell if the battery is ok? Ford Pass doesn't show anything amiss. Thanks.

Try resetting the BMS.

Mine did the same thing earlier this winter. My issue ended up being a Sync update that wasn't processing correctly, that could be one thing to check. Also, do you have anything that has a low power draw while it's off? I have a dashcam, and if my Explorer sat too long it would give a similar warning.
