BBK TB Install Stalled - Need Part Info/Pic

I put that TPS bushing in there, but it doesn't appear to affect anything regarding the operation of the TPS or the butterfly. I'm not quite sure why they included it.

 After nearly a month, the BBK is IN! :D

I finally got the necessary vacuum adapter from a nearby Ford dealer ($7) and a couple TPS screws at a nearby hardware store ($.37 - hex head - not messing with philips head any more). I installed the TB in less than 25 minutes during my lunch break. To say the least, the install went well.

Only problem is that i cannot get the X to idle with the IAC electrically disconnected (just shuts down) - even after adjusting the stop screw. It was just so damn cold out (even in the garage) that i decided to reconnect the IAC and leave the idle where it is. Also, i couldn't spend anymore time outside to clean or physically disconnect the IAC to inspect, but i will sooner rather than later.

It's looks to be idling (at stops) at about 800 or so right now (w/ IAC connected), but my tach isn't always dependable so i've got to wait until i get home to read the info from my CarChip to see where it really is.

Thanks to all who provided assistance with my issues - it was definitely worth the wait! It feels great and i couldn't be happier spending $200 on the X!
