Beeping when explorer is started! Help

When I start my 96 explorer it beeps for a couple of mins, my explorer's airbags have been deployed and I think that is the cause of the annoying beeping. Is there anyway to make it stop or do I have to replace my airbags?! Any help would be appreciated thanks

Does the Airbag light turn on the dash when starting the truck?
If not, the bulb is out, and it's telling you.
