Hi everyone don't mean to sound like a noob but I want to do the belt drive and don't know what parts to get. Smooth or grooved idler pulley? Also what's the best brand to get?Thanks

If it rides on the back of the belt (the smooth side) use a smooth pulley. If it rides on the front of the belt (the ribbed side) use a toothed pulley. Sometimes the OE pulleys may be smooth with shoulders, but replacement pulleys will usually not have the shoulders.
