Best affordable leaf spring fix for my 98?

So my back end has been sagging since i got the truck a couple years ago....i never really cared much about it until when i load my truck up with a thousand pounds of gear to go camping, then my truck is left with less than 1 inch of suspension travel which really sucks. also, in general the rear rides very rough because of this, and now that i have the 3 inch exhaust piping from my Mac catback it creates a very tight fit and my exhaust is constantly banging on my leafs. so what are my options here? i need to get it up about 2-3 inches to be where i want it, would any of these kits be sufficient for what i need?

there is another option that fixes it for alot longer,,
look in the middle of the page,,
new 4 leaf spring packs,, $99 each side, and done for a long time,,
