my stock steering is feeling a little weak, i have a rough country drop pitman arm(3-4"?) and there is some play in my wheel, and my truck tends to sway around a little if you dont have a good grip on the wheel, and does have some slop in the wheel, do i just need to redo my steering(bushings, tie rod ends, etc..) or should i modify it some how, or just get the superruner kit?
see my trucks not that bad now, but after the 6" coils and 2" body lift, im afaid it will be awful....any sugguestions?

Dude, you have asked this question about 5 times, what do you expect to hear? Deal with it, it comes with a lifted truck using the ford TTB. You really want to fix it, get a swingset system built. High dollar but its the only true fix.
