Best Upgrade for 2004 Adrenalin

What is the best upgrade for our 2004 245 V6 Adrenaline Sport Trac?
I was thinking about a cold air intake, but since you all probably know more about these than me, I'll ask you

I'd go exhaust first, intake second, and XCal2 tuner third.
There's a couple of exhausts out there. Gibson, Dynomax, Heartthrob, or make your own. I have a Gibson and I think it's too loud inside the truck. A stainless Random Tech Y-pipe costs about as much as a whole cat-back system but I'm told it will give more bang for your buck.
K&N makes a CAI but the Zabteck unit is just as good if not better and costs about half as much.
