big knocks when i start my ex. need help??

alright so im new on here bout im hoping to get some good help. my 04 ex is making the most horrible knocking sounds when i crank it up. ive put a new tension pulley on hoping it was the problem, turns out it was cracked big time(maybe another day left), but that didnt change it. the knocking continues when i drive and gets a little louder as i accelerate. can anyone give me some advice??

Take the belt off completely and see if noise is still there. Could be base engine problem.

noise is def still there. what kind of engine problems could we be talkin bout specifically??
