Dude... take it easy! No need to post 3 times on the same problem. Take it to Autozone. They have code reader and they will diagnos it for free.

i dont have an autozone in the region
so can somebody help me on how to read fault code witn no code reader

I think most auto parts stores offer free code readings.

you can do it with a paperclip and a multimeter

Auto-Zone no longer does free diagnosis where I live. They're really getting cheap around here.

well that is dumb that was a great idea you sound out what your prolblem was and there was a good chance you would buy the part right there to fix it rather than take it to the dealer to get codes read and probrally having them fix it or getting the parts from there

I went to my Autozone today and asked for a code reading. They were busy and the guy behind the counter let me use it for free.....I could have walked away with it if I were a dishonest person....my local Advance Auto parts will do it now too...just don't listen when they say what to replace. I have codes for system lean both banks, and replaced one 02 sensor, cleaned MAF, and still have the codes. I think it may be a vacuum leak at the EGR gasket or tube where it goes into the intake manifold though....

I comend you for being honest and trust worthy

try a new fuel filter

Instructions for running EEC-IV test with a paper clip (aka "jumper wire") and analog voltmeter (can also use CEL on dash) are at www.dalidesign.com/hbook/eectest.html. For future reference, this same link is listed off of www.explorer4x4.com under Explore Resources (along with other useful links). This page can be pulled up using the drop down menu just below the "quick reply" box near the bottom of this page.

Kinda unsure how it can say lean both banks when there is only one EGO sensor and its just after the Y in the Y pipe. My scan tool says lean bank 1. Which just means o2 sensor 1.
anyway, try the fuel filter. Also take it somewhere that has a good scanner and knows how to use it. There are 2 tests for the first gen engine running and engine off (KOER and KOEO) This will tell you whats going on for sure. Could also be a bad o2 sensor, a fuel injector, even a pump can throw a lean code.
