big problems.. help needed bad...

so was driving my 2005 sport trac 4x4 yesterday.. went to make a right turn and my truck wouldnt go anywhere... straightened the wheels and i had power again... what would do this? like from a dead stop if i turn the wheel and try to accelerate.... nothing happens. engine revs up but i go nowhere... please help...

How hard did you press the accelerator? Is it in 4x4 and on a hard surface? This is a bit bizarre!
