block off plates

do they offer any block off plates so i can remove my hooks on the side of the bed. i never use the hooks and they always hook onto my shirt when im unloading stuff

The best/easiest thing to do is remove the hooks, trim off the bars that raise them up, and re-install them flush to the bed
