Blower Fan only blow on 4

Blower fan for climate control only works on 4, the 1 2 and 3 settings just stopped. I've replaced the switch no change still does the same. Noticed plug looked slightly melted changed that still no go. I've checked all the fuses. Still have AC and Blower function but always on high any help would be great

Your blower motor resistor is bad.

Definitely a blower resistor. Had this on mine. Cheap part about $20-$30 but a PITA to get to. Lay on your stomach on passenger side floor and look up on firewall underneath to left of blower. I think I had to move many wires and connectors to get at it. Doable.

Peteragold, the way you did it is the extremely hard way look at the link i posted it is much easier that way.
