Welcome to this forum! Unplug the wiring harness, and remove the 2 small bolts which hold it in place.

where is the blower motor resistor located on the 95?

It should be near the blower motor.

lol, pretty simple thread!
Don't forget that Explorers with manual A/C (3 knobs) have a different part number than the ones with EATC (electronic A/C controls). The module for the latter is slightly more expensive than the one for the manual controls. They are not interchangeable.
