Blower resistor parts number?

Does anyone have the part # and approx. price for the blower resistor that controls the blower motor speed? Thanks for any help!

yeah the price is about 18$ but the part i don't know threw the box away. but when i replaced mine just 2 weeks ago they went out again so i don't know what caused them to got out again or if they were just bad.

I've got one from a navajo if you can't find one, it is tested and good, but turns out that wasn't the part I needed...

I heard you can only get this from ford, went to several parts places in town and they said only ford dealers had tihs part.
