Body Lift Cab bolt question

my friend and i are installing a PA 3" body lift on my 01 explorer sport and we are having problems getting the cab bolts out. When we try to remove them the bushing below the frame spin with them and have tried everything to remove them. We finally jacked up under one of the bushings and got one bolt out, but the next one wouldn't do the same. SO if anyone else has run into this problem before and can help please do.

if you can get a pair of channel locks or vice grips on it to hold it that will work

18" pipe wrench.. wiggle it one and it holds fine.

my dad layed under the truck and held it with a pipe wrench..lol
