Body Lift on a 1996 Ford Explorer

Hi, I have a 1996 Ford explorer xlt and looking at doing a body lift on it so my new tires will fit without hitting the fender-wells i dont want to put much more money in it since i bought it to resell. has anyone done one and know of a place that sells the body lift to do one

Did you adjust the torsion bars already? Performance Accesories sells them. Number 883?

there is no adjustment on the ones on it now ill look into buying them today

You can index the bars themselves if there is no travel left in the bolts.

ill try to do that before i spend anymore money on it im trying to stay under book value on it so i can turn a profit and move on to my next project to flip
