Hey guys,
I am looking at buying a 93 XLT 4-door for really cheap. A kid has it in town and was going to sell it to me to fix to have a little something to play with in the dirt.

The thing is, it is bogging down. All across the powerband. I am not changing the plugs, wires, filters for the kid to see if that is it. The rig's got a lot of recent work done to the front end, rebuilt tranny, and new Transfer case and a few nick-nack items. I was just wondering if I were going to be buying a big mechanics bill or not.

I am relatively mechanically inclined and can take care of buisness. If you guys have had any similar problems, let me know how you resolved them. If not, then I'll be hitting the other parts of the forums to get a little more insight as a proud new owner of a 93. I may just buy it, replace all the run-of the mill goodies and turn around and sell it for what I got in it. Who knows. Thanks a bundle guys... for your time, energy, and effort.
