Bolt on Mods with Stock Internals?

Hello I have a 2000 Ford Explorer XLT 5.0 AWD and I am very new to the Explorer family and I want to make a fun everyday drive suv. So what bolt on mods are available with a fully stock 5.0 engine? Any upgrade paths with an all day driver Explorer AWD would be the best answer. Please and thank you.
