I started to notice some low speed pulsing in my front brakes. Assuming the rotors were going bad i took off the wheels and found that the rotors and pads were in good shape. I did discover that the drivers side caliper had one retaining bolt that was stripped and just spinning while the other bolt was frozen in place. Could this be the source of my problem and how do you fix it?

I believe that could result in the pulsation. Your caliper is probably ****ing when the brakes are applied since it's not bolted up properly. You need to get the frozen bolt out, and then determine in the 'stripped' one is the bolt or the housing. The frozen bolt should come loose if you put enough leverage on it. Make sure you use a GOOD socket.
