Brake System Flush

Can someone give me a link for sequence for a Brake Flush for Sport Trac 2004 or steps?

Sequence doesn't matter as long as you don't let the master cylinder go dry.

If you were trying to bleed out air, you'd want to start with the wheel furthest from the m/c and work your way to the closest wheel (Note: Very hard to bleed the air out of the ABS pump, so don't run the m/c dry).
