brakes locking

Hi,
Does anyone on here know anything about explorer brakes locking up and the car not wanting to start? If so, please HELP!!!!

Is your brake pedal very hard to push down? That's not brakes locking up, but rather the loss of any vacuum in the brake booster.

Get the engine started and the brake power booster will function again.
