k so here is the deal. I was at school the other day and the bell rings I go to my "X" and start her up. This ear percing noise of the belt squeaking is there, no prior problems. Thinking this is werid I drive it home, I whip out some good old Belt Dressing, Spray a decent amount onto the belt and "TaDa" the sound is gone. But just the next day I start it up again and a new squeak much slower paced then last one, still stays perportional to the Rpms, so thinking it was the same thing but now this time belt dressing doesn't fix it. I let it Idel and continues to make the noise, then I decide to turn on the A/C. The noise stops for a few seconds, starts again, stops, starts about every 5-10 seconds or so. So what could it be, something with the A/C pump/pulley, the A/C is still cold. Ideas??

try a new belt first, it sounds like there also might be some belt slippage so check the tension and tensioner....

Possibly could be the bearings on the ac compressor?

It also sounds as though you may have a low refrigerant charge since the compressor is short cycling and since some of the compressor oil always leaks out with the refrigerant you probably need an oil charge as well after the leak is repaired.

So today after school I went to the Local autopart store. I spent the 15 bucks on a new belt. I got home got the old one off, decided to spin some of the pulleys all seemed to spin smoothly none really made a noise but then again i am not spinning them at the same speed as my enigne does when it is at 3000 RPMS or so. Whille working on the car I saw that is is preety sticky, When i first sprayed the belt dressing it was Prestone Belt Dressing but shortly ran out, so i went to ace the other day and got more, but this time it was some cylco Heavy Duty belt dressing. After seeing that it was that sticky I sprayed some on the wall.....waited......then touched, and that Heavy Duty Belt Dressing should be called glue, stickest stuff i have ever seen. I wiped the a/c pulley, and pump then put some wd-40 on it to get rid of that glue. after all that when I start/rev my eingine no squeak so i think that the new Belt Dressing just was to sticky and made the pulley squeak when it was suposed to be freespinning while A/C is off. hopefully it stays away.
