Broke bolt

glad you got it out, I still have a broken bolt in m engine compartment that pisses me off. On my F-150 I have a coil-on-plug, meaning to change the spark plug you have no spark plug wire, but you have to remove the coil. well on one of them I was doing the same thing, was tightening it and it broke off, just not enough to grab onto with anything. It's so small that no easy out or reverse bit will fit that bolt, and ford wanted something like $550 to fix it! So I jsut left it the coil isnt quite tight but its been that way for about 20,000 miles now and no problems. LOL. Probably wouldn't be the same for the manifold bolt though.

check on www.hansontool.com because they had taps and dies specifically for spark plug problems. Not sure if its exactly what you are looking for, but they have a lot of stuff!
