Hi guys new to this forum. Just letting you guys know, I think I fixed my broken blend door in my wifes 95 Eddie. After removing the dash and removing the door thru the one of the vents. I found that I couldn't get it back in. Then I removed the evaporator/blower motor assembly which gave my complete access to the door. I used plastic weld epoxy the repair the door. well I hope this works, I could afford the $150 for the new pleum, or have the dealer do the how job. And of course you just can't get a new door anymore!!!
