Trying to get some numbers to take to Ford about these blend doors. Please list your model, year, and mileage.Thnx.

1997 Explorer XL, mileage 82,000Km
From a non Ford repair shop I've been quoted 5.5 hrs labour and $300.00 for parts. The "fix" sounds good and can be seen at the following link

don't know how long the blend door was broken, just bought it!!!

The link banjo posted is awesome though!!!!!
fixed it today by myself at no cost!
