anyone ever break one of the bolts when doing a body lift? I broke the one behind the rear seat passenger side and the one drivers front at the radiator. Tried driving the remnants out with a long punch but no luck yet. Suggestions?

Gonna have to drill it out.

You have to drill the front mounts out anyway for the bolts to go through. The back one you might be able to hammer the lower part of the bushing out by hammering down on what's left of the bolt. Then you might be able to get the stud out with a vice and heat.

Front one out easy. The one behind the passenger rear seat not yet. Beat the hell out of it last night but no luck yet. Will try again tonight.

Is it still threaded in? If so, you’ll never just beat it out.

Drill it out.

Drill it out.

The threads go into the lower part of the body mount. They do not thread into the top portion at all. As long as the bolt head is gone it technically should come down. It's probably completely rusted together in the sleeve and might be easiest to cut it out with sawzall and replace it.

It is out. I knew the lower was what was threaded which is why I continued to trying to beat it out. Arm got tired. Used a combination of suggestions. Drilled out the bottom of the upper with a hole saw then drove it out. It was rusted pretty bad inside. Bored out the hole and running a bolt all the way through with a nylock nut. Thanks for the help.
