Yesterday I accidently broke the nylon T-bushing that connects the solenoid under the intake manifold to the plastic tubes from the charcoal canister to the throttle bottle. Is it fine to drive with it broken for a while? I smell a bit of gas, but I read that is going to happen when this occurs. I also found oil in the T-fitting. Is this normal? Any info is much appreciated. Thanks

Does anyone have any idea???!!?!?

Don't overfill the gas tank; safety issues predominate here with the continued driving of the vehicle because of potential fuel vapor risk and the obvious possibility of fire/explosion. I would expect vacuum loss and poor driveability issues also coexist.

I would personally avoid driving it as much as possible until I could fix it. Good luck.
