so i have a question on brush guards, i have a 2000 XLS, which is a 4door, i want a brush guard for it, but everytime i look them up, sites always say for the 2dr models only, what is so different on the front end that they would say that, and does anybody know where i can get a brush guard for a 4dr, or can i just use a 2dr guard
FYI, i am not very experienced in explorers

well i tell you i have been researching the same thing, and have come up with lots of places to find a brushguard for my 2000 XLS 4 door. start at www.summitracing.com , also pretty sure westin automotive had a few too. they are out there for sure, your just not checking or searching in the right spots......

i will definatly be checking those, i have been looking in places such as ebay, and some explorer, truck, and offroad, specific sites

I got a really nice full stainless steel brush guard off ebay for $350 and free shipping. The ebay store is Populink. they also have them in black if thats what you want.

I just wanna say that I have this SS brush guard that you are talking about it, and it was well worth the price. Its one of the best looking brush guards I've seen for explorers. The mounthing points make it solid as a rock...

MY testimonial...
