Never tried that one. However the one from Jc is nice and cheap, just watch for a coupon.

Most of the ones you'll find are the ones that bolt to the bumper. My preference is the style that also bolts to the frame (like Land Rovers have). All depends on the intended use. :)

haha yeah I would prefer the frame bolted ones myself

That's a pretty good deal on a S*ittybilt with the free shipping, if that's the kind you want. Even better if you still have a 10% off coupon for ebay/paypal or signed up for the 30% off Buy It Now through Microsoft. If not, you can wait and see what coupons ebay throws out in the next few weeks before the holidays.

Nothing says you can't weld it to your bumper or make bracket extenders that tie the brushguard brackets to the bumper frame brackets. You'd need longer bolts, though.

Yeah I think i'm going with that one since it's one of the few i've been able to find, plus it's cheap compared to all the 500+ dollar ones out there that look the same on newer generations

That one should look great on your '93. Most of the guards made now are for the Gen 2 (or newer), and they look O.K. but, it's just a little too curved to look 100% right on the brick-like front of the Gen 1. :D

If you go with that one, post some pictures of it when you get it on. :)
