Bumper designs

I just bought a 99 4x4 ranger extended cab ( owner was going to junk it ) so far i have replaced lower/upper ball joints right side steering knuckle upper/lower ite rods, 4 new tires, KurtZ Kustomz intake, have a flowmaster 40 delta on its way, replacing the shocks this afternoon.

What i am looking for is a design for a Pre-runner type bumper, i have to make my own ( i am in the military and can not get a bumper shipped to me,( unless i want to spend 4-5 hundred just for shipping)

I know most faber's would not give out their design, but this is my only real chance i have access to a mig/tig set up and pipe benders... just brainstorming for bumper ideas..
