Bumper Measurements

I was wondering if anyone on here has posted some standard measurments or geometry to go by when building a custom bumper? Lazy, I know. Trying out this whole work smarter not harder concept. lol.

This is the only one I can find right now but it's got good info for (in my opinion) a really nice looking custom bumper.
