bumper swap

Has anyone done a bumper swap from a 99 plastic bumper to say a 96 metal bumper? Is it a simple bolt-up?

99% of the people here to the swap the other way. The 99-up bumpers are the more popular ones. But if you wanted to do the swap to the metal one it is totally bolt on, just make sure you have the bumper brackets.
