Bumper Swap

I was wondering if a 99 bumper with the fog lights will bolt on inplace of my 98 without fog lights...I of course can wire up my own fog light switch

On my 99 it is a 2 piece bumper. There is the cover na da support behind it. The cover bolts to the support and then the support bolts to the frame.
