Ok, Ive got a 93 X, with 181,000 miles on the motor, i just got it through a trade about a week ago, so im not to familar with what its been through, it runs good, and strong though, lately i noticed that when its been running for over 20mins, or when i drive and then shut it off, i smell burning oil, or something, its got a fresh oil change, and it full, it hasnt lost any oil, what could it be?

I could be leaking valve cover gaskets. If they drip a little oil on a hot exhaust manifold you will get a burning oil smell and it doesn't take much oil.

Yep, look right around the valve covers just above the exhaust manifolds and I bet you'll see it's wet with oil somewhere. Quite common on the 4.0 fords and easy to fix.

You might also try and look around the back of the motor where the lower intake bolts to the block, I've seen them leak there and drip down onto the exhaust too.
