Is there any bush bars that are mass manufactured for a 91 xl? or do you need to get them custom made?
 






You can get them. JC Whitney is a good place. Forgot who makes the step bars (Smittybuilt??), but they should have brush guards also.

Got mine from JC Whitney.
Had it mounted on my '91 XL, then moved it to my '94 EB after a tranny baled out on me.
