It isn't that effective, but take some dry grafite (powder) and mix it with water it in a spray bottle, then spray it on the bushings. It will take a few applications, but the grafite will eventually work its way onto the bushings and form a lubercant between the bushings and their attaching points.

Where can you get powdered graphite?

You might try a hobby shop for the powdered graphite. That's just my 2 cents.

When I installed my poly bushings, I coated them all w/ a thin layer of white grease. I have not had any squeaks yet and it has been over a year.

Problem is they are already installed. I had someone do the work for me. How hard would it be to get some grease in there?

Synthetic grease...

Besides greasing my ball + u joints, it also works for those sqweaky parts. Just spread some into the crevices and it will work it's way in. I also use it on my leaf springs.

I got under there with that CNC Power Lube...the spray can stuff... is that no good for this kind of thing? Well.. it didnt work. :) how can I get the grease in the bushings? I dont wanna pay someone to take it apart and I dont think I can do it... but its REAL annoying.. and embarrassing.
