I am totaly torn on what I want to do as far as Tcases and such. Before you go saying why in the hell would anyone put a 1350 on inplace of a 1354 its a doubler i am thinking about. I am torn in so many ways what I want to do as far as driveline. (this is all assuming I dont find out my crank is broken) I am thinking about a doubler for now. There is a guy on rrorc (same who is making the new trans adaptors, take a look in that thread) that has one for a 1350. I seem to recall it has the same bolt parrern and input as a 1354. If thats true this doubler would work for my needs rather well I think.

Yes, the 1350 and the 1354 are almost identical. They will both bolt up in place of the other. The main difference is in the front drive shaft output and the rear yolk. That, and "most" 1354s are electric shift, while "most" 1350s are manual. Hope that helps ya!

Thanks, All the great things you are makeing for the explorer is makeing my decision process dificult. Thats a good thing, we needed someone to start makeing new things that no one has.

If you like what you've seen so far, check this out :D

That is the build of the "family truckster". It is what got me going on the transmission adapter in the first place.

It gets a bit off topic and silly here and there, but that seems to be the way it goes at RRORC! It's all in fun!

You'll love how I did the front axle/suspension. :burnout:
