Bout as cheap as you're going to find a 1354M. It's probably in good working order but you never know, t-cases rarely fail.

Can I use most of the pieces (seals, gears, yokes) from my elec 1354 if I need to rebuild certain things?

Yes. Although I wouldn't recommend re-using seals.

what's for 2nd gens?

The 1354 will work -- the bolt/mounting pattern between the 1354, 1350, and 4405 transfer cases are all the same (also the spline count). So it'll bolt right in w/o any problems. And you'll be happy to do so because the 1354-manual is so much lighter than the 4405.

i have one in my truck and paid ever 100 more for it. i would buy it

Cool thanks. I bought it, so nobody start saying I shouldn't. I'll look into rebuilding it, my t-case is in good shape. I'm going to take my time installing it, probably save it for the summer. I can't wait to get the chrome Ranger FX4 shifter to match my transmission's!
