So i have a 98 ford explorer 4x4. I need to replace the camber bolts but i had 2 different parts they offered me one is -+2degrees or -+1 3/4 degree. I dont know which one to get .

Either one will be fine as long as you don't actually need +-2 degrees of camber (which you shouldn't).

^ Ditto. Unless you are lifting or lowering more than 3 inches either of those kits are fine. Another option is replacing
only the washers if you have the one piece passenger UCA. Use caution removing and installing the drivers rear camber bolt, hard lines can bend only so much before they break and are a PITA and expensive to replace if you can find them.
