$$$ can anyone help install 3" body lift around maryland?

i have a performance accesories 3" body lift kit and a steering extension that I just got from 4wheelparts.com. Could anybody in/around maryland install it on my '96 XLT for $200-$300. I could definitely help out but i don't know much... anyone that could help out let me know... thanks

Down here, Virginia Beach, they charge around $400 for a 1st gen and $500 for a 2nd gen, this covers everything I believe. You are better off paying the $100 for the kit and trying it yourself...

john, i don't have a garage, but i think i have all the tools that they list on the link to the 3" install link from a few of the other threads. Except I don't have a propane torch, and I don't know what sawsall is. let me know if you have any ideas. Thanks

Is your Explorer your daily driver? Could you go without it for very long?

I'll do the entire job in one day if you are willing to drive to CT. I have all the tools and have done over ten bodylifts on 2nd gen Explorers so I have the experience. I also wrote the 3" Body lift install site.
