We just bought the 2012 ford explorer with 6 seats. We would really like to be able to add a second row middle seat when needed for an extra child. Is this available as an after market product or even doable? Any suggestions? Thanks!

I believe another member asked this same question not too long ago. The answer as far as I know is that you cannot add a middle seat. I'm assuming you have the 2nd row buckets. Ford doesn't have an OEM seat to add in between because that is where the console goes. The 'middle' seat of a 60/40 bench seat is part of the 60 section.
