Can Rear Headrests be Removed in '03 Sport Tracs????

Help please!! My husband and I just bought a Britax booster / car seat for our daughter, but when we are having a tough time getting it to fit properly in our 2003 Explorer Sport Trac. Does anyone know how to remove the rear seat headrests, as we have realized that one of them needs to be removed prior to installation. Thanks so much for the help!

There is one retainer clip on each post that prevents headrest removal.
To remove them, roll the upholstery up for access, and pull the clips off.
Enables you to replace the headrests when you have rear passengers.
Heard using a small screwdriver or wire, and removing from the top, didn't try.
