Ford doesn't have it? Ask your local body shop where he gets his sheet metal parts from.
 












Before you put much money into that, you should get a body shop to put it on their frame rack and verify whether there is any damage/movement to the frame or suspension points. (If the frame is twisted, it will never drive right and will need to be repaired.) Once you know all the damage you can decide what to put into it.

If you can't find the fender from a dealer, etc., try LMC truck. There's always the parts yards too. Asking a body shop for a source is also a good idea if they are willing to talk to you.
 






I'd say yes it can be fixed, but also I say parts truck.
