can u fit 2 single-din items in dash?

Does anyone have any pics or has put 2 single DIN headunits in their Explorer? I want to put 2 single din headunits, a CD/fm/am unit and a TV monitor in the other one...just want to make sure this can be done, thanks!

I believe that a "double-din face is seven inches wide by four inches high. So is the opening in the dash facia.....have to measure what you plan to install to see if it fits.
