Can you download old updates ?

I took my 2013 Exp LTD in for camera work and comes back today with no active lines or trajectory at all. Zoom also does not work now. When I checked the SW about screen its showing 3.48.9 which if that relates to MFT I know I updated to 3.6.2 when out so wonder if they put an older SW code back on that could be affecting this.

Problem is that sync site shows I updated to 3.6.2 all that while back so my question is, is there anyway to locate 3.6.2 so I can re-apply even though sync won't let me download based on it knowing I did the upgrade in the past ?

I would think that even if old software was loaded, it should still have the guidelines. Have you checked the following? If you require the update, the dealer should re-install it for you or you can request a loaded USB drive from Ford. The actual MFT software version (3.6.2) does not show on the info screen.

Gears > HELP > SYSTEM INFORMATION

If it's current (v3.6), the CCPU S/W Version will be 4.30.13171_PRODUCT.

Sounds like you got a camera unit for non-active-park-assist. Hopefully Rebecca can sort out what you got with CPU info. My limited package does not have park assist so my lines do not curve to show trajectory. The Ex I test drove few years ago had that package and I recall what you are talking about.

But otherwise I don't recall if on prior software version if anyone had issues with trajectory lines not working.
