So recently my horn died and I am trying to replace it. So far I have ordered my low and high horns from 2 different websites and they are all sending me horns with the standard spade lugs that I cannot connect to my car. The original horns had a female molex connector and THIS IS DRIVING ME CRAZY!!! Can I get a horn adapter for my car horns that will work? Or is buying from Ford my only option for getting the OEM horns??

I think I am going to remove the molex connector and just connect the 2 wires straight to the horn without the connector. I do realize this is DC current so I have to be sure I connect positive to positive and negative to negative on the horn. I think this should work.

Like like they are $60 at Ford. Probably get one for $10 at a wrecking yard.

Well everyone I figured it out and it was sooooo easy, all I had to do was remove the connector harness and connect the positive wire to one lug and negative wire to the other. That was it. All the horns that are available at your local auto store will work.
