Can't find ECU code

I talked to chris today at smarty parts just about to order a superchip and i find out that i have to clue where my ecu code is. I have a 1991 XL with a 1994 engine in it. I looked at the picture on the site where they said the code is and all I have there is my AC. I took off the kick pannel and read the code off the top left corner (I had to turn my head upside down to read it). I gave that to Chris, and he said it wasn't it; 2F1C13. He sent me an email saying it was on the upper passenger side of the firewall, but my AC is there. So I just went outside and took the kick pannel off again and wrote down everything on it. From left to right....

ecu code

chris..it might be the F17F..but here is a way to be sure...locate the ECU itself,unbolt the wire harness attached to it and pull out the ECU. There should be a sticker on it with the code...should be 4 characters...mine was FIG2..but it's a '95 and yours will be different...hope this help!

The ECU on mine is under the passanger kick panel, correct? What will the sticker look like? I wish my rig wasn't so hard to work on... it seems every little thing is different than everybody elses, oh well i'll stop crying now.
