96' Ford Explorer XLT 4x4
I've been browsing the internet trying to find a body lift for a 96' Explorer 4x4 but cant seem to find one anywhere. Its like theres a gap between 95-96 year model explorers?? Anybody know the cause of this? Any ideas on how I can get 2-3 inches of lift? I want body and not suspension...any help would be appreciated!

Pretty sure you need to buy a body lift from performance accessories that is for that model year but for a Ranger (same body mounts). I believe if you go with 2" BL you will be good, but a 3" BL means you will have to mess with your steering linkage. Search on here and you will find everything. This place is like a bible for our X's.

You need PA#853 and a steering ex. i believe 2 longer bolts, front bumber mounts and fab up some rear ones

serarch this topic has been discussed..... 6.022 x10^23 times.....(sorry chem homework)..
