Car shudders when i turn the wheel at low speeds any info?

Its weired it does it when i am coming out of parking spaces and at low speeds like that. other than that its fine it shudders just when i turn the wheel

Has anyone turned the wheels side to side by hand with the engine off, i.e. while repairing something?

I think the pump has a slight leak in it. You can feel the shudder in the steering wheel and only does it at low speed like parking

Is it shuddering through steering or through the whole truck? I had to put an additive in my rear diff due to a shudder feeling low speed turns.

how would one go about getting air out of their power steering system? is that something that can be done in a home garage, or will i need to take it to someone? im pretty sure i dont have a leak.
